Launch of the second exercise (haptic case) causes FsWisdom to crash (XP v.0.2.2)

Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start FsWisdom and login
2) Select Remove Wisdom Tooth v1 OR Remove Wisdom Tooth with Pink Cloth v1 and press Perform selected exercise button
3) Press Exit button
4) Press Yes OR No button
5) Repeat step 2

<FsWisdom crashes>

This is not solved by replacing PhantomDevice with AnyDevice in the X3D files (caseDirectories).

This is probably the same problem as with launching a second playback, i.e. memory leaks.

This bug is still valid for XP v.0.2.5. But now FsWisdom crash the second exercise launch even if the case is a mouse- or a haptic case.

This is the same bug as 406743. It has nothing to do with memory leaks. This problem occurs when SegmentedVolumeData is in the x3d file. And it only happens on windows. See 406743 for more details.
