Bug Description

When the "Minimum Passing Score" in CanDo Score System is set to "Practicing" in order to match the "VA Section Report", the calculations between the "VA Section" and "Section Progress" Reports are close, but not exactly matching as they should be. The error seems to be in the # competent row. Please check both reports and see which one has the bug.

The calculations are good. The Student Gradebook and the Section Progress Report are taking into account ALL COMPETENCIES. I made a mistake when I told you the numbers were wrong. If you check the ALL COMPETENCIES part of the VA Section Report and not the REQUIRED COMPETENCIES part, you will see the numbers match those on the Student Gradebook and on the Section Progress Report.

My bad :)

The numbers are correct. The Section Progress Report calculates based on ALL evaluated competencies. The VA Section Report looks first at required competencies. For now, let's leave the calculations as they are.
