Please sync net6 1:1.3.10-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

The delta is really small: it incorporates the Ubuntu delta to Debian and a
fix to detect GnuTLS using pkg-config to ensure compatibility with current
versions. Furthermore translations were updated.

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

 * The patch for SO_REUSEADDR is now incorporated upstream.

Changelog since current karmic version 1:1.3.9-1ubuntu1:

net6 (1:1.3.10-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
    - Now uses pkg-config to detect GnuTLS. (Closes: #529842)
  * Adjust watch file to detect two digit maintenance releases.

Nope. I've got clearance for main uploads for gobby, its deps (obby, net6) and
sobby. I forgot to mention it, though.
