Bug Description

Binary package hint: anyremote

In the config file /usr/share/anyremote/cfg-data/Server-mode/amarok.cfg (for Amarok 1.4/KDE3, from package anyremote-4.17-1ubuntu1, Ubuntu 9.04) there's a definition for a menu entry which is supposed to clear the playlist, but doesn't. The specified DCOP command works correctly when I run it on the command line, but there seems to be a syntax error in the config file (line 146):

   Clear playlist=Exec(dcop amarok playlist clearPlaylist);

After comparing this with other definitions, I changed this to

   Clear playlist($$)=Exec(dcop amarok playlist clearPlaylist);

and voila, clearing the playlist works. I've also attached a patch containing the (trivial) change.
