Bug Description

I connected to a new Internet connection and got this crash. This particular connection requires a web-based login before allowing http communication (although Skype and Dropbox work fine). Other than that, I don't know what more info I can give you. Normally, I wouldn't bother with such a vague bug, but since there's a traceback, there's obviously a code path that doesn't properly handle all possible conditions.
