Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When i click http://download.openoffice.org to download openoffice.org 3.1.1, the following is what firefox returns: Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /servlets/ContentHelmNoodle on this server.

firefox 3.0.13 on ubuntu 9.04
