[Kubuntu][Karmic] No sources available for wallpapers, icons, etc.

In Jaunty, the Desktop settings used to offer two dialogues, one for wallpapers and another for themes. Both these included a browser to view content from kde-look.org. There was also a similar dialogue in System Settings for adding icon sets.

These dialogues are there in Karmic Alpha 4, but don't do anything: it looks as though the list of options -- where there used to be a single option for kde-look.org -- is unpopulated and so there is nothing to browse.

This seems to have been fixed in the KDE 4.3.1 update
