Bug Description
There appears to be no way to create relay teams from within the results GUI.
Some regions allow invitiational teams to be run in AV relays. In come cases it is because one of the athletes is unregistered, and in others it is because the team is made up of athletes from a combination of clubs.
Please convert this to a question if there is a way to create invitiational teams in the results display.

There is no way to create an invitation team in the ResultsGui. It needs to be done in the RelayGui. We did discuss this a long time ago and agreed on this.
