[patch] OOo packaging fixes

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

Run lintian for source package and you get the following warnings:

W: openoffice.org source: debhelper-but-no-misc-depends openoffice.org-style-human
W: openoffice.org source: substvar-source-version-is-deprecated openoffice.org-style-human
W: openoffice.org source: build-depends-on-1-revision build-depends: translate-toolkit (>= 1.1.1-1)
