Bug Description
I am using KDE 4.2 in Intrepid.
Whenever the monitor blanks for powersaving, there is a glitch in audio playback. I hear half a second or so of buzzing, as you get when the same very short sample of the audio is played back repeatedly. This occurs with a number of apps, but they are all routed through pulseaudio. I am using an Intel chipset with Conexant Venice audio. Obviously audio should not glitch.
