update diffuse to 0.4.0

diffuse has a new version 0.4.0
http://sourceforge.net/projects/diffuse/files/
with many interesting new features,
while in repos there is only 0.2.15 (jaunty)
and 0.3.3 (karmic) versions

Please sync diffuse 0.4.0-1 from Debian unstable to Karmic. I have tried to rebuild it on a Karmic system and it builds, installs and works.

  * Removed typofix.dpatch as it is now fixed upstream
  * Removed maintainer scripts (not needed anymore)
  * Removed Suggests on scrollkeeper (not needed anymore)
  * Added minor bugfix from upstream
  * Added gettext to Build-Depends-Indep
  * Added compilation of diffuse.po to debian/rules
  * Updated maintainer's mail address
  * Updated Standards-Version: 3.8.2 (no changes needed)

The Karmic release updated Subversion to 1.6 and Diffuse to 0.3.3. However, Subversion 1.6 support is not present in Diffuse 0.3.3 -- it was added in Diffuse 0.3.4. Ideally, Karmic should be updated to the latest Debian Testing package for Diffuse (0.4.1).

I have uploaded a version 0.4.1 to my PPA. You can grap it from there if you
like a karmic repository with diffuse 0.4.1.
