Propose merge requests when one fixes the Wiki URL

Bug Description
Hi,
I had two launchpad accounts without knowing, and when I went to the Wiki page setting, it pointed to LoicMinier2 (because the other account had LoicMinier). [1]
I tried fixing it to LoicMinier, and it conflicted but didn't propose a merge as it does for email addresses.
I think the same thing as for email addresses should happen, a merge should be proposed.

[1] Please note that this might be another bug since the wiki page didn't exist, it's quite strange that LoicMinier was assigned to the first account, *or* it's strange that the second account couldn't set the wiki page to LoicMinier
