Bug Description
Users won't know to restart checkbox and mark a test as failed if they don't know to do that.
It would make sense therefore to add a small how-to, to the suspend and hibernate tests.
This would read something along the lines of:
"If your machine fails to wake for suspend or hibernate, please reboot, rerun check box and mark the test as failed."

attached branch includes fix for this that adds instructions in case of a resume failure to the assorted hibernate/suspend jobs.
