Suspend and hibernate test should include reboot and mark test as fail

Bug Description

Users won't know to restart checkbox and mark a test as failed if they don't know to do that.

It would make sense therefore to add a small how-to, to the suspend and hibernate tests.

This would read something along the lines of:

"If your machine fails to wake for suspend or hibernate, please reboot, rerun check box and mark the test as failed."
