Simplify 'Failed' and 'Pending' build filtering options

Bug Description
Currently when filtering a list of builds users are presented with 9 options:
* All states
* Currently building
* Successfully built
* Chroot problem
* Build for superseded source
* Failed to build
* Dependency wait
* Failed to upload
* Needs building
We could simplify these filtering options to:
* All states
* Pending
* Successfully built
* Failed
(not sure about build for superseded source?)
This would additionally allow us to provide useful links from build summaries on other pages directly to "Failed builds" or "Pending builds".
