Create a proper release

A released version with tarball would be great for integration into the Gentoo Bazaar overlay. We could create an own one but something official is better.

Oh, and maybe merge those still available branches with improvements, maybe.

Thanks for the reminder. So many bugs, so few days.

I'm still keen to get jamesh's improvements in, but they needed some
rework.

I'll have a look next week after we get the last critical bzr 2.0 bugs
shaken down.

I don't want to create a guilty conscience about this issue, but the Bzr 2.0 issues should be done by now. I would love to incorporate bzr-dbus into Gentoo Linux as a proper package, but based on a regular release.
