Bug Description
Since Launchpad has become Free Software, I've seen two experienced software developers take six hours to get set up with a local development environment for Launchpad. This is simply way too long.
This is kind of a crappy bug, since it's hard to know when to close it. Perhaps we should pick some arbitrary time (an hour?) and update the bug description appropriately.
