Bug Description

Binary package hint: earcandy

Amusing bug once I figured it out - maybe it's a commentary on the quality of stuff at youtube? :)

Once I navigate to youtube.com in firefox, the Master control for the sound card gradually slides to zero. I can drag it back up in the mixer applet, and it gradually slides back down. If I open up alsamixer in a terminal, I have to hold the up arrow down to fight against the descent.

Earcandy's volume slider is set at max.

This only happens on youtube... sort of. Some quick testing just now found that on video.google.com the tendency is the other way around - volume is stuck at max, even with the Earcandy slider set low.
