Kicker does not mount drives when opening them for the first time

Bug Description

In Karmic (x86) running KDE 4.3 with the latest updates, I have discovered that the kicker will not mount drives correctly.

What happens:
1. Insert CD.
2. Click Kickoff Application Launcher
3. Click Computer
4. Click the CD.

When this has been done, Dolphin opens a blank window for me when I expect to see the contents of the disc.

When opening the disc through "Devices Recently Plugged In" the first time, it mounts and opens correctly. If opened through the Kicker first, this method also has the same behaviour and neither will mount or open it.
