Bug Description

I'm testing Karmic Koala, and have installed all the latest updates.

When I try and install twinkle, the following occurs:
apt-get install twinkle
<snip>
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  twinkle: Depends: libccrtp1-1.6-1 but it is not installable
           Depends: libzrtpcpp-1.3-0 but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

Karmic has packages libccrtp1-1.7-0 and libzrtpcpp-1.4-0, so I'm assuming the package just needs to be rebuilt.

Twinkle 1.4.2 is in debian squeeze and lenny-backports, so it would be nice for this package to be upgraded.

Out of curiosity, why are the libccrtp/libzrtpcpp packages not versioned like other packages? Is it due to backwards incompatibility?
