Competitor lookup in Results GUI selects first result by default, causing tabbing out to prefill

- should require up or down, or mouse click
- For instance, if I try to add an invitation called J Smith, and a John Smith already exists as a competitor, it will select the competitor and not allow me to put in my invitation
- A try "N Cross" with the Shield dataset to replicate this

This was fixed yesterday. Tabbing now disables the fieldassist popup and its suggestions are ignored.

This works for Firstname but not for Surname.

So for instance, putting in "N Cross" ignores all other N firstnames, but selects Brennan Cross as the default entry when I type in Cross and press tab.
