Upon start of current nightlies, I not only get Bug #418748, but I get the following repeatedly

Not sure what the end effect is.

This might caused becuase syncdaemon dies and the applet keeps a reference for the dbus name acquired before the crash

Rodney, should we handle this case of syncdaemon crashing after registering on dbus?

We do. We just also log the error. Unfortunately, the error isn't particularly informative.
