Exaile does not support 'VERSION' tag in Ogg Vorbis files

Bug Description

I often tag my OggVorbis tracks with a 'VERSION' tag, which allows more flexible tagging of different remixes to a track, etc.
For example, a track may contain 2 tags:
TITLE="Bob's Song"
VERSION="Joe's Remix"

Media players (like QuodLibet) understand this scheme and display the song title as "Bob's Song (Joe's Remix)".

But the VERSION tag is completely ignored by Exaile, which makes it impossible to properly identify different versions of a track and makes a mess with last.fm submissions.

The VERSION tag was previously present in GStreamer 'extended comment' metadata section, but it looks like being natively supported by GStreamer version 0.10.24, which present in my system.

Please fix!

According to http://www.xiph.org/vorbis/doc/v-comment.html this is an official tag for Ogg files, so I think it would be good to support it in some way.
