Bug Description
Binary package hint: banshee
This is just a small issue but say I have a banshee tray icon and kill the panel by the above command. Then the panel comes back but without the banshee icon! Basically all other apps are different in this regard (their icons come back when killing gnome-panel). As I said, just a small issue, was just wondering if this is intentional.

I've actually noticed this as well. A workaround is to go into Banshee's plugin
dialog and disable + re-enable the notification area icon extension.
