Bug Description
The standard file path of the print to file dialog is always the user's home directory. It would be useful to have an option to change that standard path, e.g. to print to the desktop by default. Especially when printing multiple PDFs in a row having to change the path each time can be really annoying.
Another option would be to make the dialog remember the path last chosen by the user.
I would also welcome an option to change the standard file format from ps to pdf.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should be a small usability issue , in the default Ubuntu 9.10 install , that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of the project.
this is a feature request so not a papercut /wiki.ubuntu. com/PaperCut
For further info about papercuts criteria , pls read > https:/
Don't worry though, This bug has been marked as "invalid" ONLY in the papercuts project.
