Double-clicked "install" on desktop using 6.06 live cd, step 4 crashed.

Running on Gateway Laptop Model 7422GX (Amd64 3400+, 1GB RAM, etc)

Error message follows:

This looks like duplicate of bug 41921 - since the other bug provides more detailed info, I will close this as duplicate.
