Bug Description
We haven't run `queue-builder` for a long time in production, however it is required for catching FTBFS in released series and rebuild them on the development series (to not mention P-a-s changes).
It turns out that the script erroneously run over sources published in COPY archives (test-rebuilds) and creates unrequested builds for architectures not originally included in them.
This problem has to be fixed before we enable daily runs of `queue-builder`.
