Bug Description
This is part of the work for the PPA Index UI redesign for 3.0:

To help focus the ppa index page, we will initially copy some of the detailed package features to:
+archive/
This will include the detailed package table, copy/delete packages, dependency editing etc., enabling us to start simplifying the ppa-index page.
