Bug Description
When a user creates a Random Net > Small World, SocNetV asks for an edge rewiring probability parameter.
That parameter is a floating point number, controlling just how much rewiring will happen in the regular lattice which is created in the beginning, but in the algorithm is not working as expected:
When you enter a high probability (i.e. 1.0) then no rewiring happens.
When you enter a low probability (i.e. 0.1) then rewiring happens.
Generally, lower probability leads to more rewiring, which is quite confusing.

Apparently this bug is a typo (a '>' needed to be '<') but it was going without notice for quite a long time now...
