Bug Description
The network properties box style (labels centered, no headings) is inconsistent with the style of the preferences dialog (labels left aligned, section headings). These should be made to be consistent with each other. The network properties dialog box should be in the same style as the preferences dialog.

Marking this won't fix; it would require a lot of effort, and it's not a large problem. Will be fixed in 2.0.
