Files are not going to delete from Syatem and showing an error

After deleting the files throw application ,it showing some error.
when again i click preview its showing same files as it is ,so the tool doing an simulation of deleting .
Its not going to delete the real files.

I want to know about the error and why this occurring.
I have attached the file to you to give more clarification of bug.
