Bug Description
This works fine on SQLite and MySQL, but:
01:11 <tumbleweed> tell tumbleweed hi
01:11 <tibid> Done
01:11 <tumbleweed> .
01:11 <tibid> *blink*
01:11 <tibid> tumbleweed: By the way, tumbleweed on atrum told me "tell tumbleweed hi" 11 months, 29 days, 22 hours and 2 seconds ago
