Bug Description
The project group portlet can be very long for projects like launchpad-project and bazaar. The porlet breaks the layout by creating too much whitespace.
The layout of the portlet page should use a single row (yui-g) and stack the portlets so that the whitepace is even.
Consider using an alternate layout if the portlets are very long to even up the columns of content.
