Bug Description
When a user first uses desktopcouch, their new server must be set up to:
1. have an admin account
2. have oauth tokens bound to that admin account
3. save the admin account and oauth token details in the gnome keyring
4. write out the bookmark file containing the admin account details so access to Futon from a browser works
5. secure access to desktopcouch so only authenticated users can read data

This is all done except that oauth is not turned on by default.
