Bug Description
I don't know how I never noticed it before, but having non-link text which is blue is really confusing when you can't tell where the links are in the page. For example:

This has always been the case because Answers' app colour is blue and so our Launchpad's links. The page is just titles and links, so everything is blue. Martin discussed changing the colour. We are removing the registry green colour because it is too close the the JS action link colour. We will not be removing the Answers Colour, just refining it. Art will need remaking too, so this task will have to go to Marting.
