Unable to lock widgets

Bug Description

I have ran into several problems where I am stuck in an adding/moving widgets portion of plasma-netbook. Running an up to date version of Kubuntu Netbook 9.10.
There should be a way to lock the widgets and panels like in a normal install of KDE 4.

This is not actually a bug in the Netbook Edition. The way that widgets are locked is by selecting the tab for either applications or newspaper settings.

I am closing this as a bug. If you would like to add this as a wish then by all means please do so.

I agree with closing the bug. I will mention it is very easy to unluck the
widgets accidentally in Karmic. It will be significantly improved in
Lucid.
