Bug Description
project foreign key information from fileman for use by mysql
Foreign keys are used in MySQL for referential integrity only. The constrain data and work as implicit triggers for On Update and On Delete, etc. Since we're a read-only system now, this serves no purpose. This is a Phase II task.
