I've got message bellow from Mr. Steve Langasek:
The problem described in this bug report was fixed prior to the Ubuntu
9.10 release. Please open a new bug report and describe clearly in your
own words what problem you're having with this package.

** Changed in: mini-httpd (Ubuntu)
       Status: Incomplete => Fix Released

Well, the duplicate status is really wrong, but I have this problem continually with mini-httpd update...
The problem I have with my CD/DVD ROM is that my system can not detect it!

My CD/DVD ROM work properly with Win XP,

but Ubuntu 9.10 can not detect it absolutely.
When we try find the problem with CD ROM, we have got error message on "mini-httpd" file, so I mean, both of the problem are in causally relation...

No, this bug is correctly marked as a duplicate; it describes the exact same problem. If you are seeing this failure on update, then you're not updating to the final version of mini-httpd included in the Ubuntu 9.10 release.

(I don't understand why you're talking about CDs and DVDs here. The mini-httpd package isn't included on the Ubuntu CD or DVD images.)
