Bug Description

The Exaile Amazon Covers plugin no longer downloads covers, as AWS now refuses to fulfill unauthenticated requests.

From http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSECommerceService/latest/DG/index.html?RequestAuthenticationArticle.html
"You have until August 15, 2009 to authenticate requests sent to the Product Advertising API. After August 15, 2009, messages that aren't authenticated will be denied."

According to the website, the way to fix this is to include a HMAC-SHA signature, based on the request string and the AWS private key (in this case belonging to Adam Olsen).

Unfortunately, amazon requires that an individual's AWS key be kept private. Thus we cannot ship a key wit the plugin, but we could allow users to enter their own key for personal use.
