Bug Description

Currently, txaws.ec2.client.Instance only has two attributes (instance_id and instance_state). It's missing the following attributes:
 * image_id
 * private_dns_name
 * dns_name
 * key_name
 * ami_launch_index
 * product_codes
 * instance_type
 * launch_time
 * placement
 * kernel_id
 * ramdisk_id

Merged 415491-instance-object [r=lifeless] [f=415491].

Added support for more of the remaining attributes of the describeInstances
AWS response.
