Add twistd-firendly service examples

Add some examples showing how to use txAMQP and a TCPClient service for twistd

I've created a reconnecting factory and protocol based on txamqp which works well with twistd. You can find the code at:

I'm not a Twisted expert so I'm sure there is some room for improvement. I'd appreciate any suggestions and if you feel this is useful please include it in the txamqp distribution.

I know it sounds a bit nitpicky, but could you add the Apache license header to the amqp.py file?

I've added the Apache 2.0 license notice to the .py and .tac files.
