Thanks for the report, If you still have this problem, please run rhythmbox as: rhythmbox --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt from a terminal. Then try to get Rhythmbox to produce the bug and attach that resulting file to the report, thanks.

I ran rhythmbox --debug &> rhythmbox-debug.txt as suggested and let the machine sit for a minute or so after it stopped playing radio before attempting to interact with it. The log file is quite long and gives the impression that it was playing radio right up to the point where I killed the application. However no sound came out for more than a minute before I stopped it.

NB, I chose the Quit command off the menu because it normally lets you do one thing before becoming completely non-responsive. After about ten seconds of non-responsive I then hit the X in the title bar and Gnome gave me one of the screens with a choice between waiting or killing the program. I chose the latter.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We have a new rhythmbox version in Lucid. If you could test this bug in the new version, this would help us a lot. If you can test it, and it is still an issue, we would appreciate if you could upload updated logs relevant for this particular issue so it can be reported to the developers of the software.
