Bug Description

According to netpbm documentation, there is supposed to be a 'netpbm-config' script that can be used to get hold of compiler directives etc when linking against netpbm.

If possible, could netpbm please be updated (Debian includes a very outdated version) and the package fixed to include this convenience script?

I'm using Jaunty here.
