No time in timestamp

Bug Description

Please make the modified date a full time stamp and include the actual time not just the date.

When replacing a file on Ubuntu One with another of equivalent name, it is difficult to tell if the file has been replaced because the "Last Changed" time stamp does not include the time. If you arent going to add the time I think a method of knowing how many times you have uploaded that file would be a good substitite.

Thanks,

I assume you are talking about the webui.
I think what would be better is to show how many seconds, minutes, or hours ago the file was modified. If it's greater than 24 hours, show the date last modified. This will be easier to read than a full timestamp and save some space in the ui.

I think that we can maybe show it as a tooltip, but it doesn't sound like a very common use case, and the trade off for the rest of the users isn't great.
