Bug Description
The cydb doesn't show what commands are available. Just executing "cydb" without any arguments will result in no output at all. Executing "cydb --help" will show help for a lot of flags, but unfortunately not for the commands available.

At some point the help system was broken by a change in the design of the command system. I've fixed the issue, and improved the design so it now works consistently.
