Bug Description
Most cyphesis commands allow the caller to specify the instance to be used (through an --instance flag). This however does not apply to the cypasswd command.

cypasswd was heavily modified during Manohar's work on transport between servers. I am going to block this bug until that work is merged in, which is vaguely planned for the next cycle after milestone 0.5.25.
