Bug Description

Binary package hint: network-manager

As stated in the title, really - the autoconf wizard for Mobile Broadband sets the APN incorrectly if region is set to United Kingdom and provider to Virgin Mobile. Correct APN is "goto.virginmobile.uk" as gleaned from the Windows modem manager supplied with it. This setting has been tested and works correctly.

Hi Vin.
Is this bug still an issue for you?
Can you test if it still appears in Ubuntu 9.10 with latest updates installed or in Ubuntu 10.04 beta? (you can use the live CD for that)
