I didn't notice this when doing an OEM install while testing changes in ubiquity today on 12.04. I will test previous versions to see if I can find the issue and to really see if it has been fixed. Thanks!

I want to also note I didn't experience this with 10.04.4 LTS, 11.10, as well as 12.04 installs today.
