firefox need to reboot

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Firefox always ask for reboot after an update. But i have never update it.
And if i reboot firefox, he ask to reboot again

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. In order to continue, we need a little more information. Does the notification appear within the Firefox window itself (i.e. at the top of the current page, below the tab/bookmark toolbar)? Or is it presented by the operating system in the system tray?

I have the same bug. This appears in the browser on a bar at the top of the pages. Firefox keeps asking for reboot at each page loading.
My setup:
Ubuntu 9.04, 32 bits
Firefox 3.0.14

even if i reboot the computer, reboot the browser, or hit the "x" to stop the process within a few seconds the yellow bar appears again asking to reboot firefox again

forgot to mention that the only notification i get on this problem is the yellow bar just below the tabbed browsing. this started after i did a standard system update today (Oct 31 2009)
