Bug Description
Binary package hint: file-roller
File roller understand that something is an archive, but if the archiver library is not installed, it can't open it and gives this error.
Instead, it should either have all the supported unarchival libraries installed along with file roller, or it should offer to install them when it encounters one of the file types that is not currently installed.
