it's showing those errors because of the playlists there : (07:24:12) [0x96f1408] [rhythmdb_process_metadata_load] rhythmdb.c:2392: missing plugins during metadata load for file:///home/chhodge/Music/Kid%20Rock/Rock%20N%20Roll%20Jesus/My%20Playlists/1-14-09.wpl (event = 0xb5687460)
Rhythmbox-Message: Missing plugin: gstreamer|0.10|rhythmbox-metadata|application/smil decoder|decoder-application/smil (ignoring)

does changing those wpl files from location, fixes the issue?

Yes, thanks. I removed *.wpl (two files) from the music library folder /home/chhodge/Music/ and I no longer get the annoying error.
